With 5 generations now sharing a workplace, the generational landscape at work has never been so diverse. And the complaints about Millennials & Gen Z have never been so loud. The Dr Elizabeth Consultancy is expert in generational diversity, having a unique multi-disciplinary perspective, we are about bridging gaps, harmonising divisions and working together to get optimal results. We work with leadership to develop generational diversity strategies, that are easy to implement, but effective in change.
We run popular and engaging workshops helping companies understand generational differences better, and a toolkit for engaging Millennials & Gen Z to enhance performance, motivation and staff retention. Being our most popular workshop, it can be targeted for all layers of your organisation, from grads to the C-suite that lead them. Dr Elizabeth Consultancy has a no-nonsense approach to tackling the complex generational nuances and tensions, and is a believer in effecting change, rather than moaning about it.

‘If only I would have known this back then…’ Working extensively with victims and perpetrators of abuse, at Dr Elizabeth Consultancy we are big believers in the power of preventative education. Dr Elizabeth has developed multiple curriculums, workshops and training programmes around relationship, intimacy and consent education. Knowledge is power, and the more we understand about ourselves, others, boundaries, relationships, ethics, values, and the law, the safer we will all be.
Long before #metoo and statutory RSE, Dr Elizabeth has been educating on those taboo and awkward topics, that have been left out of too many conversations for too long. Direct and to the point, we inspire change a workshop at a time, educating to prevent and safeguard as best we can. There is no setting that this does not apply to, no organisation that this is not relevant for. Wherever there are humans, there are rules of engagement. We need to make sure we’re all on the same page with what these are. It’s that simple.
Our brains all work in different ways, thrive in different settings and face different challenges. The world of psychology has known this for a while and the workplace is now catching up! ADHD, ASD, dyslexia and dyspraxia are the most common forms of neurodiversity in the workplace, and whilst most have heard of these many are still confused about what they actually are! The Dr Elizabeth Consultancy does more than just raise awareness, with an academic and practical psychological backing we are well-equipped to provide productive education and practical tools to help your organisation understanding neurodiversity better. This will facilitate a more inclusive and productive workplace, which in turn will enable the unlocking of tremendous potential and talent across your teams.
Being part of the C-Suite can be empowering and challenging. Our consultancy is a believer in human potential, helping people be the best they can be, break their own glass ceilings, smash the goals they dream of, which will ultimately elevate themselves, and in turn the organisations they work for. With a strong academic and experiential backing, you can be sure that all services are effective and driven by research to get the very best results. We provide a non-judgemental, straight-talking, productive and dynamic space; jam-packed with evidence-based interventions, drawn upon in a bespoke way, tailored for your needs.
