Dr Elizabeth is a London-based psychologist, speaker, workplace engagement consultant and educator, with a specialist focus in the workplace on optimising millennial and gen Z performance and retention. She has worked with a wide cross-section of society; from offenders in prison, to B2B companies and the C-suite that lead them.
Educated at Cambridge University (BA Joint-Hons, MPhil), she is also an Expert Educator and has a Doctorate in Psychology and Psychotherapy. With a unique fusion of corporate and psychological, academic and practical, experiences, Dr Elizabeth brings a dynamic, practical and refreshing approach to your workplace.
Dr Elizabeth works with at-risk adolescents & adults, extensively with trauma, harmful behaviours and suicidal ideation. She has her own private practice as well as working in community organisations and is proud of the new Mental Health Education programme she is developing for community schools.

Beth is an expert in digital health and wellbeing, supporting peak performance. Beth specialises in adolescents in high performing industries, from elite private schools to premier league football club academies.
Educated at Loughborough University (BSc) and University College London (MSc in Child and Adolescent Mental Health), Beth is a global educator, researcher, consultant, and experienced media commentator specialising in the health and wellbeing of young people in the digital age. A trustee for a leading UK mental health charity, Beth brings a wealth of expertise and a dynamic, empowering approach to her work.
Beth collaborates with organisations, schools, and elite sports environments, working at both individual and systemic levels. She partners with leadership teams to examine the cultural, behavioural, and digital systems shaping performance, while equipping individuals with the tools to take ownership of their health and habits.
Her work strengthens relationships, enhances wellbeing, and drives sustainable productivity and high performance across complex professional settings.

Ruston has over 40 years experience in both executive and non executive corporate roles mainly in retail and financial services. He formerly spent 15 years with Tesco where he was the Group Pensions, Insurable, CEO of their in house asset manager and People Director which included group responsibility for health and wellness.
He has also led a number of initiatives, sat on government appointed advisory boards and chaired an industry association. He currently has a non executive portfolio that includes Non Exec Chair of JP Morgan Asset Management’s UK and EMEA businesses, Chair of the Tesco Pension Fund, Non Exec Chair of the Pensions Management Institute and Chair of GroceryAid, the charity for the grocery industry. He also acts as a corporate advisor as well as sitting on other boards as an iNED.
Ruston is passionate about improving the financial, mental and physical health of everyday people, and particularly those that are less fortunate than others, to support them in living a happy and fulfilling life.
Vince Tickel began his career as a classically trained brand marketer with global food companies including Associated British Foods and Campbell’s. At 24, he founded his first consultancy, working with brands like Unilever and Bacardi-Martini. He later built and sold a £15m-turnover group of sales and marketing companies across the UK and Europe.
Today, Vince is CEO of Hunter Luxury and Chairman of Four Digital Solutions, with interests in property and B2B growth ventures. His core focus, however, is coaching. Through his London-based consultancy, Vince runs peer groups for ambitious CEOs and business leaders from sectors ranging from global corporates to family-run firms. His clients include CEOs of owner-managed businesses (£2m–£250m revenue) and senior executives at multinationals.
He brings decades of commercial, marketing, and leadership experience to help leaders grow their businesses without being overwhelmed by them.
Vince is married to Sue, a counselling psychologist, and they have four children—plus a small zoo of animals.
